Setters get paid $100 per kw upfront. A pay period runs Sunday through Saturday, any site survey completed within that pay period will be paid out Friday of the week following that pay period.

For Example:

Site Survey Completed Saturday 5/21/2024

$100/kw will be paid 5/27/2024

whereas

Site Survey Completed Saturday 5/22/2024

$100/kw will be paid 6/3/2024

Upon arrival, you will receive two keys for your apartment. These keys will either be provided directly by your manager or will be located inside your apartment, with the door left unlocked for your initial entry.

Your monthly rent and utilities total $700. Payment will be deducted from your first paycheck each month. If no paycheck is received during the first week, the deduction will be made from the next available paycheck.

If you achieve the rent bonus, you will still be responsible for paying rent for the month. However, the rent bonus will be included in your first available paycheck in the subsequent month.

For seasonal representatives residing in corporate housing, the rent bonus amounts to $700 upon achieving 10 sales within a month.
